The theme for 2015's National Foster Care Month, "Get to Know the Many Faces of Foster Care," places Maryvale at the center of the greater social services community.

Maryvale provides critical, varied services and treatment for foster youth in Southern California, through programs that include: a Residential Treatment Program for severely traumatized girls, an Emergency Placement Center for Children in imminent danger, Transitional Housing and After Care support for girls who have aged out of the foster care system, wraparound comprehensive mental health and social services for children and families, and Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (CAPIT) services.

You can help heal and advocate for children in the foster care system by taking one or more of the following actions:

1.) Donate to help heal, empower and educate Maryvale's children by clicking here.

2.) Volunteer for one of Maryvale's diverse volunteer opportunities for individuals, groups and organizations, including boy scouts, girl scouts, corporations, and many others. Learn more by clicking here.

3.) Become a foster parent. Visit the Foster Care Network to learn more.
