Christa Ramirez

Christa Ramirez began her journey at Maryvale in 2007 and has built a career that reflects her dedication, growth, and commitment to the organization. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles, including Administrative Assistant, HR Generalist, Accounting Specialist in the Finance Department, HR Manager, and, most recently, Director of Human Resources. Christa strongly believes in Maryvale’s mission and is deeply inspired by the work of the Daughters of Charity, proudly sharing in their commitment to serving children and families. Outside of work, Christa enjoys cooking and baking, and brings that passion to life by hosting cooking classes for moms in Maryvale’s Family Housing Program.

Above all, Christa is most proud of her beautiful daughter and two grandsons, who are her greatest joy and inspiration.
