Maryvale’s Early Childhood Education programs provide high-quality care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children across Los Angeles County. Our centers create safe, supportive learning environments where children can grow, explore, and thrive during their most important developmental years. Through individualized instruction and strong partnerships with families, Maryvale supports early learning while helping parents and caregivers build stability, confidence, and peace of mind.
Our Approach to Early Learning
At Maryvale, we believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, hands-on experiences, and nurturing environments that support the whole child. Our early learning approach focuses on developmentally appropriate instruction that encourages curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Children are supported through:
Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed to support learning at each child’s pace while preparing children for a successful transition into kindergarten and beyond.

Curriculum and Learning Philosophy
Our curriculum supports children’s social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development through intentional and engaging learning experiences. Children are encouraged to learn through exploration, play, and guided instruction in a way that honors their individual strengths and developmental needs.
Teachers use weekly themes and age-appropriate activities to create learning opportunities that build confidence, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Learning experiences include:
These experiences help children build strong foundations for school readiness and lifelong success.
Family Centered Care and Supportive Learning Environments
Our education programs are grounded in family-centered care. We view families as essential partners in each child’s learning journey and collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to provide consistent, nurturing support. This approach helps children feel secure and supported while ensuring families receive ongoing guidance, open communication, and meaningful partnership throughout their early education experience.

Our Educators
Maryvale’s Early Childhood Education programs are led by caring, qualified educators who are dedicated to supporting young children and their families. The majority of our teachers hold an Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education and meet the requirements for the age groups they serve.
Educators are skilled in building strong relationships with children and guiding them through important developmental milestones. Teachers work closely with families to ensure each child receives individualized care and support.

Training, Safety, and Trust

Families can feel confident that their children are learning in licensed, regulated, and trusted environments.
