Christina Moore, MAEd & MBA
Chief Program Officer

Christina joined Maryvale in the role of Vice President, Early Childhood Education in 2012, and in 2025, assumed responsibility over all program areas in the role of Chief Program Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the vision and compliance for all program areas for the agency, ensuring that Associates are trained and have the tools needed to provide high-quality services to clients, children, and families. For nearly 30 years, Christina has dedicated herself to working in the non-profit sector, implementing programs that serve children and families who otherwise would not have access to high-quality services. Christina is passionate about creating and implementing programs that empower families, allowing them to break the cycle of poverty. She brings a strong leadership style and an unwavering commitment to trauma-informed care to her role. Her guidance and expertise ensure that Maryvale’s programs strive for and achieve excellence in all areas of performance.

Christina holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Education (MAED). Her Bachelor’s Degree is in Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in Sociology and Psychology. She is credentialed by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing at the Program Director level and is certified to provide Triple P parenting courses to families. Christina has served as a Board Member for Serenity Family Services, Haynes Family of Programs, and EveryChild CA. She is a mother of two daughters and one son and has been married since 2006.
