Program Manager Seton House

Crystal Overstreet is the Program Manager for Seton House, a shelter for single mothers with up to two children. In addition to providing basic needs like food and shelter, Ms. Overstreet’s team offers a wide range of services, including parenting classes, assistance with permanent housing, linkage to mental health services for mothers and children, assistance in enrolling children in Maryvale’s Early Childhood Education center, and assistance with enrolling children in neighborhood elementary schools. The program also provides support and refuge for those fleeing domestic violence.

She obtained her BA in Psychology and Social Science from California State University, Northridge. With over a decade of experience in social work and homeless services, she formerly served as a program director of homeless shelters in the southland area, as well as a social worker for a nonprofit organization.

Her dedication and tireless work have made a significant impact on the lives of many vulnerable individuals and families in the area. She and her husband have been blessed with two children.
