Maggie Wen
Controller
Maggie Wen serves as the Controller at Maryvale, where she oversees all accounting functions, including financial reporting, general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Since joining Maryvale in 2022, Maggie has enhanced the organization’s financial processes and reporting accuracy, leading the successful implementation of the NetSuite financial system to improve efficiency and transparency.
With more than 25 years of professional accounting experience spanning both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Maggie brings deep expertise in fiscal management and organizational operations. Prior to Maryvale, she served as a Controller for several private companies, managing all accounting and compliance activities.
Maggie earned her Accounting degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and traveling.
