Marcela Torres

Marcela Torres joined Maryvale in 2015 as a teacher’s aide. Marcela has worked in the classroom as a teacher’s aide, teacher, and lead teacher. Marcela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Sociology from the University of Arizona Global Campus. She holds a Site Supervisor permit from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Through Maryvale’s CCTR and CSPP programs Marcela is dedicated to ensuring that all children have access to quality care despite any financial challenges the family might be facing and that all children with different abilities are able to learn in the least restrictive environment. Marcela is blessed with two young boys.
