Using health & fitness to build inner strength
Maryvale Milers is an exciting, get-up-and-go health and fitness activity that prepares our residents to not only conquer a hiking excursion or 5K, but also understand that every goal is achievable through hard work.
As part of the education, they learn warm-up is key. Prior to walking, jogging or running within our 16-acre campus, the children start with is a combination of cardio, stretching and cool down periods – then they’re off!
They may come back huffing and puffing, but they're ready for another round.
