Stephanie Garcia, MAEd
Director, Duarte Early Education Center
Stephanie Garcia joined Maryvale in 2006 as a preschool teacher. Stephanie has worked in the classrooms with children birth to adolescence joining the administration team in 2016. As a Director, she is responsible for the overall supervision of each program within the Duarte Early Education center. Stephanie holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Human Development and a Master of the Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a special focus in Trauma Studies. She currently holds a Program Director Permit from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing authorizing the supervision of multiple sites.
Over the last 20 years Stephanie has dedicated her time and career to severing children and families in the community. Stephanie is passionate about ensuring quality care to all children and their exceptional needs. She aims to support teachers in meeting the diverse needs of children and families. Stephanie has been married to her husband since 2009 and is blessed with a beautiful and growing family.
