Wellness activities to develop confidence and life skills
Our focus on structure and wellness means residents are engaged in a variety of enrichment activities so they develop self-confidence, healthy coping skills and positive interpersonal connections.
Our children and young women require, and we provide, a holistic behavioral approach to ensure a successful return to the community and family environment. Our Wellness activities include: expressive art, self-empowerment workshops, a walking/hiking/running club, photography, independent living skills training, field trips to events and exhibitions, and cultural exploration and celebrations on campus. By allowing our residents to express themselves through art, fitness and community engagement, we promote positive skill building.
