PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES ANALYST

Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Performance Outcome Analyst conducts analysis and evaluation functions to further the advancement of the evaluation process throughout the agency. The Performance Outcome Analyst assists with data collection, outcomes reporting, and continuous quality improvement across all service types.

  • Assist in the healing process by developing appropriate RICH® (Respect, Information, Connection and Hope)relationships with those served.  
  • Follow Universal Precautions when exposed to blood and body fluids.
  • Follow Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) regulations pertaining to safety and the use of equipment/machinery. 
  • Support Maryvale’s Performance and Quality Improvement Plan and participate in discussion regarding department or program goals, data collection and/or analysis.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Provides meaningful qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation of programs to leadership and program staff, including feedback on maximizing program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Utilizes analytics and reporting to provide recommendations for enhancing the entire outcomes management system, program evaluation processes and service delivery models.
  • Provides site consultation and assessment regarding the development of effective service delivery and data management systems.
  • Facilitates the organizations monitoring and evaluation system development and implementation to ensure key program performance outcomes measurements and reporting.
  • Participates in the ongoing development of data quality control systems to enhance data based decision making and quality control methodologies to improve accuracy, reliability, timeliness of program performance data. Assists in the development, utilization, trouble shooting and management of data collection and reporting systems.
  • Assist with the development of systems and protocols to support the organizations collection of consumer satisfaction data and related reporting protocols to ensure consumer input and feedback regarding quality of service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field of behavioral science or related field.
  • Two years management experience in clinical, mental health or social services.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in statistical principles, analytical techniques and methods, and outcome measurement system development.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Articulate and effective communicator, in both written and verbal form.

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk or hear.  The Associate is often required to stand and sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds to waist height.
  • Associate may occasionally be required to drive a motor vehicle.
  • Associates in this position will be required to work indoors and/or outdoors in an educational and standard office environment, and/or make home visitations. Associates may come in direct contact with students, parents, outside agency staff, and the public.

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Maryvale offers a choice of two medical plans and two dental plans for full-time Associates. In addition, we offer vision insurance through VSP. The majority of an Associate's premiums are covered by the agency and Associates are offered the opportunity to add dependents to their insurance plans for an additional cost.

Holiday Pay - Maryvale recognizes 10 full-day paid holidays,  and 1 Holiday of Choice each calendar year (Regular part-time employees receive pro-rated time).

Vacation - Maryvale recognizes the value of rest and relaxation and encourages Associates to take time off with their families. Regular full-time Associates accrue paid vacation leave according to the following schedule:

  • 1 to 3 years of service - 10 working days per year
  • 4 to 7 years of service - 15 working days per year
  • 8 years or more of service - 20 working days per year

Sick Time - Associates accrue sick time at 1 hour for each 28.9 hours of work.

Life Insurance - Maryvale pays for a basic Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Policy that pays beneficiaries a flat $15,000 death benefit.

401(k) Pension Plan - Associates are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Retirement Plan on the first day of the month after their hire date.

  • Match of Employee Contributions: After completing one year of service, Maryvale will match 100% of an Associate’s salary deferral up to a maximum of the first 3% (1%-3%). In addition, Maryvale will match 66% of an Associate’s salary deferral up to a maximum of the next 3% (3%-6%).
  • Non-Elective Contribution: After an Associate completes one full year of service, Maryvale on the Associate’s behalf, will begin making a fixed non-elective contribution equal to 3% of the Associate’s income. This contribution is separate from the matching contribution and vests over a 5 year period.

Long Term Disability Insurance - Maryvale offers Long Term Disability Insurance to all benefits-eligible Associates at no cost to the Associate. Maryvale pays the full premium for these benefits which provide salary protection in the event an Associate becomes disabled for an extended period of time.
